With a monthly production of 550mt, AsiaPoly is reputed the biggest Acrylic Manufacturer in Malaysia. Our "a-cast" brand of acrylic sheet is manufactured from 100% virgin Methyl Methacrylate Monomer (MMA). The cell-casting method used maximises the chemical resistance and mechanical properties of the acrylic sheets, making them suitable for indoor as well as outdoor applications. AsiaPoly manufactures acrylic sheets of General Purpose Grade and Sanitary Grade, and in thickness range of 2mm-50mm. "a-cast" range of acrylic sheets are certified for compliance with the European Union's EN263 standard, Japan's JIS, International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) and ASTM International standards. Besides being the top brand in the domestic market, 80% of "a-cast" acrylic sheets are exported and it commands strong global market reputation in India, Australia, Brazil, Korea, Japan, Middle East and South Africa.
